We absolutely love our part time get away in Atlanta. The Tribute Lofts are filled with so many friendly and kind people. Plus the team of people that help take care of our building are responsive, have thought of every detail in terms of amenities, are fun, and friendly. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Mitch and his team. As first time homebuyers, we had absolutely no clue what we were doing or what to expect. Mitch never made us feel silly for our questions and explained everything so well. His experience was paramount in helping us find the house we were dreaming of. Could not recommend Mitch & Jo more. Mitch made our first time buying a home much less stressful. He took the time to walk us through the process, give us reasonable expectations, and even negotiated to get the sellers to cover most of our closing cost in this crazy market. He made us feel like a priority.
