I have been attending this clinic for years. Anita is the best in the business, very professional and not just in the business to make a dollars. Anita gives great honest advice on any treatment if asked, and your never rushed . The clinic is modern and clean and good hygiene practices are in place after each client. The reception staff are friendly and caring and each client is welcomed and made to feel really comfortable. Thankyou Anita Kylie and Loretta for making each visit pleasurable, you guys rock x

I have been attending Gippsland Laser Clinic at both the Warragul and traralgon locations for over 10 years now and I can say that they are by far the best clinic I have ever attended. Their attention to detail and sincere care for my wellbeing when dealing with some pretty stubborn hair removal has been a level above the rest. Not to mention absolutely diminishing my hay fever during those pesky spring months. I had the great misfortune of purchasing a gift card from them. I'll never forget how terribly I felt I was treated and the stress this created. We were told that ' we can't treat your freckles' even though the advertising mentions that you can. After requesting a refund of the $250 voucher , they refused, fighting tooth and nail to retain the cash. Getting laser hair removal is easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am forever bikini ready and it takes away the major stress of razor burn. The staff are friendly and professional so you never feel awkward. The building itself is very clean and located near a car park so it’s easy to access. Despite it being quite an investment, in the long run it is definitely worth it and saves you soooo much hassle. I highly recommend this service!
