I waited over an hour in the reception area and then another hour in the operatory. Dr Giovine spent some time with me and was personable. He was supposed to get back to me after reviewing some blood work taken at another office. Four follow up phone calls later and two emails later I have not received any follow up. Would not recommend this office. Very upset and dissatisfied.
