Nasty owners. Pizza burnt. When I called he hung up on Me telling me to have a nice day. This was for my 99 year old mom. I can see they have no caring for the old. Shame on them. I have pictures to proof it.

VERY disappointed in the service I just received here. Did an online order, one of the girls, Lenna, charged me a total of 3 TIMES. All different prices and tried to say that I didn’t do the special so she took it upon herself to charge me off of my card without telling me until I got there. When I called her out and showed the receipt on proof that I paid, she reversed one transaction but not the original one and said it was up to my bank in order to do so. Been putting up with their grease-soaked pizza for years, but tonight when I discovered the price of a single dinner serving of penne a la vodka was $20 I decided that Giove’s has lost my business. The portions are large for a single serving, but still not worth $20. In their defense, I asked for extra sauce. The sauce was $5 extra, which seemed extremely overpriced to me. False advertisement for .29 cents sale The Clipper which the advertisement was featured in states a 12/1 expiration date and the restaurant didn’t honor the deal.
Bad attitude by staff when I called to tell then they made my sandwich completely wrong. But why should they care at that point? They already got my money. The guy on the phone was less than accommodating, stating with an attitude that there was nothing they can do. In other words, we don't care whether food goes out to our customer correctly . will never go back.
