I took my daughter to phoenix suites in van nuys for her 1st haircut ended up with a so called hair specialist left her hair uneven and overpriced - Big ripoff. A year later I came across Carolina she is super sweet , very knowledgeable, and makes sure you leave happy. I wish I would had find her way before my daughter's 1st haircut.
