usually love the food. tonight? last few times also. bad experience. how simple does a order have to be? don't send me black buffalo wings that smell like dirty grease.
Like the food here, but the staff has to be the most incompetent people ever. Always mess up the order, or forget something. Last time I was told 3 times my food was almost done. Then the 4th time was told the kitchen didn’t even get my order, and was just cooking it after waiting for 45 minutes!
I was recently hired as a cook and when I started working he decided that he was going to make me do deliveries and when I said I can't deliver in my suv that takes 80 bucks to fill up my whole paycheck would be for gas in which defeats the purpose of working well its been 2 weeks as of Saturday since he has ask me to work so now I've asked for the money he owes me and he refuses to pay me. its also very dirty i was trying to clean before I left that final night and he makes me stop said Don't worry about it i mean come on p... read more

They got a order wrong 3 weeks ago and told us they couldn’t replace it because it was so close to closing time. Mention chasitys name and it would be taken care of, but tonight they told us to call Tabby tomorrow. Lost my business!! Very poorly ran an customer service is an absolute joke.
I plead with whoever owns this place - your employees are poorly trained. They assume you are ordering a to-go order. They don’t ask if you want a drink. There are zero people here on Saturday night. You are clearly doing something wrong! You need to make customers feel at home and check on them frequently. Very very disappointing experience multiple times now - I don’t have a clue how you are making money.
I have ordered from this location several times pickup, delivery, and dine inn the food is delicious and always the way I order it. The dine inn service is amazing your cup never empties and they are always trying to better serve you. I would encourage you to visit them if you have not you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!!
Food was good. Service was good. The fly situation was horrible! I killed nine while my family and I were trying to eat.
