I called to place an order at 9:15 and the girl stated that they closed at 10pm and she had to ask if we could order food! After being placed on hold she said we could order but had to be there in 10 min and no later because they had things to do. This is ridiculous customer service and we order there often! Needless to say we hung up and didn't order. Definitely will not be going there in the future!!!
We ordered 3 different pizzas to feed 9 of us. Husband picked them up and got them home...2 of the pizzas are the same. Really, how hard is it to take a pizza order over the phone? It's not brain surgery. Refused to remove one of the pizza charges from our credit card. Check your pizzas before you leave the restaurant! Or better yet, order from somewhere else.

The young lady that worked the register was absolutely soooo sweet!
Twice in the last two weeks i have had to deal with a young man behind the cash register that does not listen to customer requests. I understand that on Tuesday you can get a discount if you buy two buffet meals.......twice now I did not want the deal. Twice now the young man charged my card for it and then argued with me. This is piss poor service and I will not be back. get your help in line please!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Jay. While we honor all deals occurring in the store at the time a customer comes in, we certainly never intend to charge a customer more than necessary. It sounds like there was a miscommunication in this case. We appreciate you giving us another shot, and we'll be looking into this to make sure it doesn't happen again.
