Slightly better than Romy's
Shrimp scampi is good, but service is sub par. Employees announce your number/order and if not picked up right away the employees seem to be irritated or annoyed and yells out your number/order repeatedly. Not even a smile when they're taking your order as if you're at their mercy. No thank you or any acknowledgement either when you pick up your food/order after the customer says thank you.
Excellent food and service. Very generous portions. The shrimp scampi I had yesterday was delicious.
We drove from Waikiki beach to the famous Giovanni’s as a sightseeing trip. The drive along the coast was really nice with mild traffic but beautiful views. We stopped at Kualoa Ranch and some camping sites along the beach. Upon reaching Giovanni’s, our excitement was at max. The food was delicious!!! The best one was the spicy plate, and then the garlic plate. They also had garlic hot dog and sides but you have to have the shrimp plate. There’s also a funnel cake stand in the same parking lot and stalls for souvenirs.

The garlic shrimp are so yummy. Lots of them along with two scoops of rice. Beware - they come with the shell still on and are very messy.. but so worth it.
