Pasta cooked al dente, as it should be, the gnocchi melt in your mouth and the prosciutto, mortadella, cheese and meat were outstanding. Giovanni Rana is famous for his pasta company in Italy, but the restaurant deserves a visit for more than just the pasta dishes. Bonus point for the ribs sauce that was the perfect companion for the gnocchi. As someone born and raised in Italy, I think I will go back very soon!
One of my absolute "must go to" places whenever I'm on NY. I opt for eating at bar with charcuterie and prosecco. Always a great experience
