Rude, uncaring office staff and physician manager. The nurses are great and the physicians are friendly; However, dealing with the office staff is the gateway for care and if you have options, consider opting for a staff that has empathy and compassion. No one enjoys having to make frequent trips to the doctor and it helps immensely to know that you are valued as a patient and human being.
