Gio really knows the market he works in and is willing to do what it takes to get you to where you want to be. My husband and I ended up withdrawing an offer because he made sure to find out about the special assessments on the building; thank goodness he did because we would have been stuck with a massive extra payment. Giovanni was a pleasure to work with to say the least. He went above and beyond the call of a realtor to make the experience enjoyable rather than feeling like a chore. He even went so far as to pick me up and drive around to the properties I was interested in seeing.
