Always I receive a good attention from the staff. My waiting time is ok.
Great doctor
Rude staff lack of communication, wasted over an hour to be seeing. They discharge with out assisting your issues. Always accepting new patients. But she can not see the cust that already had for years. This office is about quantity and not quality service. Her service is below average
Dr. Hernandez is not the problem. It is her staff or those responsible to contacting patients once they leave messages. On 3 separate occasions, I contacted the doctor's office and was forwarded to the nurse's voicemail where I left all the necessary information and no one got back to me at any time after my call. In one case, this resulted in my having to go without medication because they did not respond. It's like she didn't listen half the time. If a friend of hers walked in, she'd walk out mid sentence and have a mini conversation, and then come back like, "oh yeah I have a patient." The Nurse practitioner was a way better "doctor" than this lady. She never even scheduled an education course for me when I came in as diabetic. I told her meds made me physically sick, so she just doubled the dosage. The NP is who prescribed and really helped me. I'd never recommend her.
Great doctor, lots of knowledge and expertise and a super human being. The staff is very pleasant and caring. My family and friends also come to see her as well. Because I know there are lots of patients coming to her practice I get ready mentally and physically for the wait. I rather wait for my turn and get the best care possible than get some uncaring and not so knowledgeable medical professional.
This Dr. is BAD NEWS scary! I switched PCP's and chose this Dr. I was under specialized treatments from an out of coverage Dr. and I saw Dr. Hernandez as a matter of formality to transfer my insurance coverage and introduce myself as a new patient. Without my consent she scheduled me for some tests that neither she nor her office could tell me the purpose as applied for my condition. She then tried to "hijack" my case and treatment in the face of the fact she had no clue what I was dealing with
Dr. Hernandez is the best PCP I have ever had. And, I'm a RN, so I am very picky.
She did not stay with me for more them 10 minutes and rushed to another patient . Waiting time, usually ,can reach 45 minutes. So many patients , has no time with you. If you are feelling sick, never finds a time to see you on same day..
