The haircut turned out pretty well! The stylist seemed uncertain cutting Asian hair, but the shape and layers feel lighter and good. I'm glad i could provide her a learning opportunity with my thick, long hair. However, the customer service and professionalism left a lot to be desired. I don’t get haircuts very often, so I was really excited (and a little nervous) for this one. I’ve been to Giovani Hair Design twice before, years ago, and always had positive experiences, so I decided to book again—this time with Giovani himself.
