I had my work shirt cleaned at this business one time with no issue but when I had drop the shirt off to get it clean a lady (African American)had her birthday dress at their business for a whole week and it never got taken care of the day of her birthday party the dress still was not cleaned. I patroned this place because it was a local business. However, (in my Julia Roberts voice) big mistake! I was charged $63 for cleaning 2 blazers and 2 jackets, repairing the pocket on one. Not only were the garments not cleaned properly, the repair was not done. I asked for a refund. And this extremely rude man very loudly said no I paid my tailor for it so u can't get a refund.
