I am very unhappy with the Job done by this garage. It took them nine days to replace the back bumper. I drove today with no radio and I heard a flapping sound underneath my car. I stopped and looked and saw very shoddy workmanship. One connector is completely correct the tabs inside the box the connector is where it belongs three other connectors the tab is not in the gray box . They stole my jumper cables and 3/4 of a bag of Tootsie Rolls from my Kia Soul. Took 8 days to fix dented door.

This is my 5th time working with Giovanni's Auto Body + I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are in constant communication with me (which I greatly appreciate), they give me real time updates and they are very fair. there customer service is EXCELLENT, the girls always take care of my needs and answer all of my questions. As for the finished product, I am never left disappointed. The job always exceeds my expectations and then some. Not only do they complete the job but they go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy!
After I brought it back to Giovanni's they fixed my seat and rim looks awesome would definetly continue to do work wit them in future the rim looks awesome and I want to come back to get the rest of them finished great work guys
I have had a couple of experiences with Giovanni. The first was when I wanted to fix several dents in the rear bumper due to minor fender benders. When I called, Doreen asked me if I was ok! Mark could not have been nicer and they did a flawless job on the repair. The car looked brand new. Unfortunately I was then in a serious accident and had the car towed to Giovanni. Great experience!! I had damage to the entire passenger side of my '15 Honda Accord. I picked up the vehicle and it looks spectacular! I am so pleased with the work that was done by Mark and his staff. Doreen who works at the front desk is so personable and works to make the entire process seamless. Couldn't be more pleased with the car.
Phenomenal customer service and superb workmanship! Highly recommended!
