Alan, the owner & his entire staff at GIORGIO’S are the very best Jewelers in the jewelry business! Honest, helpful and will always make you feel comfortable and confident in your purchase and in his shop! I have been buying (and selling my jewerly) with Alan for a long time “Highly Recommend!” Go there….you’ll adore their beautiful jewels!
Incompetent people. If they cannot handle certain things customers want, do not take it on. I brought in a citrine pendant to add a back so it would sit straight on my chest. The guy with a thick accent told me its worth nothing to start with. That should of been a sign not to proceed but I did. I don't live in staten island so I had to pay a toll every time. 3 times they could not get the setting right and then the jeweler cracked the stone. I only noticed when I was away so I wanted to make sure it was handled accordingly.... read more
