We ordered a large pizza with sausage, got back to the hotel and the pizza barely had ANY SAUCE. We are not sure if they were low on sauce today but to spend over $30 on a pizza that was not prepared right is extremely disappointing. With the increased cost of food, snacks, electricity, gas, and rent, TONIGHT was a treat night for my family but instead of a treat, we got cheated. The receipt # is 176. Time on the receipt is 6:02 pm.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Giordano’s. After being seated, we waited about 20 minutes before anyone even greeted our table. I completely understand being short-staffed—I’m a server myself, so I know how overwhelming it can be. We politely asked another server who our server would be since we hadn’t been helped yet. First time visiting Giordano's in Munster, Indiana. The Chicago Thick Crust BBQ Chicken was excellent.. We wished we could have been able to see the chicken chucks. It was more like bacon bit size of chicken. The BBQ Sauce was delicious. We actually been twice in one week. We added chicken on the pizza once we returned home.
