Rush st- India the server was great! And of course the food was phenomenal....love the cheese and pepperoni
This was our first visit to Chicago and Giordano's came highly recommended. We arrived at the entrance at 7pm on a Friday night figuring there would be a wait. The hostess informed us of a 1 hour wait and took our cell # to text when a table was ready. She also guided us to other staff who would help us pre-order our pizza. Server was very nice and friendly. Our food took forever. Everyone was getting their food before us who were not pre orders. Server kept blaming the kicken and stated the kitchen was not responding to him. After waiting another half hour. Server stated the kitchen burned our pizza. So we had to wait some more. I gave it two stars because server was trying to make it a good experience for us. But I'll not come back when I visit Chicago again.
Very busy so be prepared to wait! Pizza was great....don't overorder or U will be fringing pizza in hotel. One of the 2nd best things was the brushetta appetizer! Only negative was the noise level...we were on 2nd floor & it is soooo loud.
Overall, a great experience. They wouldn't accommodate us when I asked to be seated outside, but that was pretty minor when we received our pizza. The server was pleasant, pizza was amazing and my family would come back on our next trip to Chicago!
Pizza was amazing! The wait was much better than last time I was there (before they remodeled) but our waitress seemed to disappear for a long time and we had to flag others down for help. Still a great experience:) I do wish the had a larger variety of the frozen pizzas, that was my only disappointment.
