Cameron was an awesome waiter! Super nice, helpful and helped us pick out a great pizza! Great first experience here!
We had ordered pizza for a holiday luncheon, and because we have vegetarians in our office, we ordered a cheese and a pepperoni. We received two pepperoni pizzas. Of course called in the mistake and got sent our cheese, but upon opening the box, the pizza looked like it had been held at an angle, cheese was bunched up all one side and and it was honestly just an awful experience after having to wait another 45 minutes for the replacement.
Sangria was really watered down, ordered deep dish small pizza was told 45 min wait- received 1.5 hrs later. No adjustment to the bill. Came to experience the Chicago pizza difference and was severely disappointed. No,I won't be back.
Would of been nice if they told us we could preorder. Waiting for 60 minutes, finally got to our table, waiter asked if we had pre-ordered.....no one ever mentioned it to us!!!! Now another 45 minute wait for the pizza!
