Great pizza but was told it would be 45 minutes. After an hour I asked how much longer and was told 5 to 10 minutes. Our pizza was finally ready in an hour and 40 minutes. Not even an apology from the manager. If it is going to be an hour and 40 minutes tell me so and let me then make the decision to order or not. Don't leave that bad impression with a customer and then not offer an apology. Too bad, there are many great pizza places in Chicago.
