Undercooked wings. Rude attitude when asked for well done talking to manager. Order 1x A WEEK from here and got fed up with undercooked wings. Refused to cook longer. Lost a money spending customer due to rude attitude and terrible customer service. GO TO WINGSTOP! I will NEVER order again from here.
Good pizza but manager lacks customer service skills. Had delivery driver tell us not to order from them anymore, since GPS shows our location in Warrensville Heights, Oh. All our mail says Bedford, Oh. Only 2.4 miles away according to GPS. Driver said corporate boundary rules prohibit them from delivering to Warrensville Heights. Guess corporate doesn't like Warrensville Heights!
Not the quality expected from a Stark County icon. Very expensive for subpar food. Will never waist my money at this Italos. Middlebranch Rd. The original is worth the expense. Contacted owners son just to inform. Was not looking for replacement. He was less that interested. Oh well your loss.
Placed order today for lg works pizza and chicken dinner ! The worst pizza I have ordered , it been a while since I ordered because it was not good then , gave it another chance . Hardly any sauce , cheese , pepperoni , sausage barely see it ! But on top was a zillion peppers & fair amount of mushrooms . It was not hot , veggies over took the pizza ! Delivery order. Person on phone hung up on me after I placed order and said thank you. He was very rude and abrupt. The chicken was greasy with most of the breading lying in the box. Jojo's soggy. Sauce for Gionino's's bread was missing and it was so greasy we couldn't eat it.
Excellent pizza! They add plenty of toppings and it's well worth the price. I called my pizza in and it was ready before the time given.
So for mothers day we bought gionnois pizza for my mother in law. Well I woke up today with a charge from them. Called and ask what is was about because we haven't been there for almost two months. I guess they just decided to charge me two months later for the pizza. I mean come on I have never heard of someone getting charged two months later for something on a debit card. I called in and ordered a simple 10 wing regular hot buffalo wings to be delivered. They took over a hour and I had called them I talked to Brandon about this incident and he said to give the delieverer 10 minutes. She did not show but I didn't call again. Brandon just showed up with a fresh order for me. This shop is amazing and cares about all their customers weither bug order or small. Thank you
