Called and asked them if they delivered to my house and they referred me to North Hill Gionino's, I called the North Hill one and they told me to call this one back. When I called back they were rude. Then when they delivered my food they were extremely rude. I am positive that I will never order from here again.

pizza n sandwiches are Awesome
Had my pizza done 20 before my chicken and when i wanted the pizza remade the employee argued with me so i put my had on the pizza to show the employee it isnt hot and prove my point. Manager said i was gonna jave to pay for a remake cuz i had tp prove the pizza wasnt hot. So they lost a 56 dollar order. And i wiped my hand off on their counter.
I was hoping to post a picture...we've been Tallmadge residents for 38 years and gioninos pizza fans forever. Our son has lived in Rock Hill, SC for a dozen years before moving to Seoul, S Korea a year ago. He's on vacation in Rock Hill and loving the Gioninos there!
The staff at my local G's is wonderful. But I hafta rave about the Antipasto salad, right now. They are very generous with toppings and especially the cheese! Reminds me of Luigi's! Whoops ... no benchmarking, I promise. I love the presentation, as well. The ham is neatly rolled and all the other toppings are logistically placed. GREAT Salad!
What an awful, horrible general manager! He screwed up our order, and refused to make it right. He was yelling at ME, saying I ordered what he gave us and rambling on about firing someone. He addressed me as "Honey." Really??? He is a bit on the fruity, misogynistic side. We won't be back. Previous management would have fixed the problem and not lost a customer. He is an idiot. I'm sure he has done this before and will probably do it again. What a shame!
