Got a plate that has dust all over it. Noodles was hard. The soup wasn't even hot. Decor wise it look clean. Restroom is clean. Not too many options to add to the pho like chili sauce other than sarachi. No beef paste.
I was here last week with a friend for lunch. (7-14) I had take out 1 time about a year ago. it was good then, it was good last week. I ordered soup, asked for a small bowl for the table as I would have to take the rest home, and was told they were "too busy" as I left I mentioned to the cashier about how we found the place, and she told me sorry I'm "too busy" I didnt talk her ear off.
