Gio Ruiz initiated our first home purchase without mentioning he's under the same parent company eXo with a clear conflict of interest in this matter. The Redwoods holding company, subsidiary to Westwood holdings inc, listed this property as a "turn key" property, which has been anything but in terms of countless leaks, electrical issues, foundational pipe leaks, mold, flooring/wall damage from water issues, gas leaks in the house, chimney damage, roof damage, etc. Gio did not protect us as buyers in his business interests, ... read more

When looking for a realtor, you want someone like Gio Ruiz. My wife and I started our real estate journey about 2 month ago. We selected Gio because we were familiar with his work, and were confident in his ability. We were looking for a realtor who would be relaxed, not overbearing, and allow us to explore each house as we wanted without any pressure.
