I was served an oxidated toro, which I complained, and the owner(?) explained the food is okay, denying my opinion. Thankfully the server took it out of bill, but they should not serve and sell food out of condition. Then I went to Shoya Izakaya immediately after, and their toro was in good condition as usual. I don't have a picture but my pork belly skew was grilled down to bacon size and burnt. Kitchen crew really should check their food condition.
Absolutely amazing food, especially for the price. The fatty tuna was exactly what I was looking for. Service was amazing and the vibe was perfect. Cannot recommend enough!
