Nothing but a money grabbing doctor. I was traveling and lost my medication. Called in to get a refill. He refused unless I came in for a another visit. I was in the office less than less than 6 months ago. He just wants to collect an unnecessary fee. Well you are not getting another fee as I am going to another doctor.
I am very disappointed with the service at this eye specialist's office. They rescheduled my appointment, but when I arrived, it wasn’t in the system. This oversight wasted my day and valuable time. The lack of organization and communication is unacceptable. I expected better professionalism and will be looking for a different provider in the future.
