Brought a 2017 Tahoe with failed front shocks and struts to Ginter's for repair 18 months before they failed again. I took it to another garage for repair. This garage told me they normally warrant the repair for 36 months or 36000 miles. I am 70 years old and had forgotten the previous repair until my son reminded me that the parts were replaced by Ginter's just 18 months ago. I contacted Ginter's for any help in this matter.
