Excellent Care Excellent care for a tough extraction. The surgery was painless and Dr. Ginter was very patient and explained everything to me which helped put me at ease.
No concern for patient pain In my opinion the worst care I've received in any dental or medical setting. Very arrogant and EXTREMELY rough... to the point that it felt intentional. While this procedure requires some degree of force, he was obviously going above and beyond what was necessary. Even from the very start, he jammed the novocaine into my gum with a force unlike any I've ever felt. I couldn't believe it! The rest of it only got worse from there! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! i walked in with a simple extraction, inquired about the cost, showed an x-ray film, was quoted $250. it was not an emergency case so i left and called to schedule an appointment for extraction. after the extraction on my way out i was told i owe $350. when asked why $100 difference, staff told me the dr felt it's worth $350. what a con artist. i thought a surgeon could do a better job but he did not even take post-op x-ray. could have taken it out for a $100 at any general dentist. he's also very quick, a... read more
