I purchased the "ginsey bath solutions - Fashion Soft Seat" and had the following problems -1. LIP OF HINGE FOR SCREW IS TO SMALL, 2. SCREW HEAD TO FASTEN TO TOILET IS ALSO TO SMALL. 3. WHEN SCREW IS TIGHTEN IT GOES RIGHT THROUGH THE HINGE. Very poor design and I think it was not tested. When I just hand tighten the seat will not stay up. This is not good for the men but the womwn will like it as the seat is always down.
Don't be fooled by this product just because it was made in the USA, it is as inferior as anything coming from China. Sorry but that's it.
