I'm coming to this location for abot 8-10 years and never make me wait past my appointment. Dr Navarro and Dr phan are exceptional
I have been here at Roseman for about 9 months. I have been so satisfied with this clinic. I sent my 20 year old daughter to Dr. Phan and have been so happy with her care. There is never a wait, the staff is very organized and quick. And so kind. They also recently opened their pediatric department and I sent in my youngest. All in all this is a fabulous office and for a family with kids this is a great clinic for a one stop shop with a PCP. The waiting room and clinic were very clean. been here 2 times and already have came to the conclusion that ms phan does not read a patients past history. if she had she would know that i lost a left big toe to diabetes. thanks to dr lubna javid at spring valley wound care saved the right one. now i was told on last tuesday to not check my blood sugar regularly. (not impressed at all). my a1c has been lower than the past, 6.6 this time. 5.8 last. i'm on it. her words were to me on first contact the second time, "why are you here today" didn't even realize that tuesday'... read more
Excellent care from the staff!! Tamera at the front desk is very nice and welcoming to me when I check in. Frank and Alexandra have always made sure each visit is as comfortable for me as possible, both very kind and good at what they do! I appreciate them all! and Dr Phan is amazing just as sweet as can be, very blessed to be a patient here! 10/10 would recommend.
