Dr. Phan and her team are incredible. I have anxiety around medical appointments, they were so kind and welcoming. Gave me the referrals I needed, and they did them the same day. At other doctors, I’ve had to wait weeks to get a referral. I would recommend Dr. Phan to anyone.
I had to switch to Dr. Navarro due to my practitioner leaving, and I’m thankful for the switch. Dr. Navarro is a master of his craft. I feel safe in his care. Thank you!
We don't understand the average reviews. My mom has received excellent care by Dr. Navarro and staff.
Roseman Medical Group is literally the worst. The front staff is rude, non responsive, and don't care about your concerns. The PHP's are always leaving the practice, so I was on my 3rd PHP before I decided to leave... Because I decided to leave they denied my pharmacy prescriptions, and told me I needed to go to urgent care... This place is horrible, and I'm so glad I found a PHP that actually cares...
