I was patient of Dr. Ginsberg's for probably 25 years. I was not able to see him since the pandemic. I don't need to list the many health issues I have had to address in these few years, but when I called to schedule, I was informed he was not accepting any "returning" patients, whatever that means. Shame on him and CMP with which I have been a loyal patient for these many years. I will now reconsider all interactions with CMP. My suggestion is to find another doctor. I NEVER left a doctors appointment ANGRY but today I did!The receptionist Ashley is unhelpful and LAZY with her scarf on her head. Waste of my time and gas! Sat though 45min of traffic to get here and waited 45min for nothing and ended up not getting checked out at all. And it was an EMERGENCY!!!! I’m tired!!!! And NEVER coming back!!!!! I’ve been coming here since 2009 by the way!!
I'm sorry to read some bad reviews, since my experience with Dr. Ginsberg has been completely different. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and even funny. I appreciate that he gets straight to the point, while still explaining things to me thoroughly. The nurses and the rest of the staff are all very nice people, which is a great bonus.
I was briefly in the office today 12/02/2020 and was very disappointed in what I heard from behind closed doors between Dr. Ginseng and a patient. I could here yelling from the physicians and the patient seemed upset that her concerns was not addressed. He then discussed some of her previous exam information at the front desk. After hearing this. I walked out of the office. Very unprofessional and HIPAA breach of contract was definitely violated.
