I do not recommend. I have a good job, good credit and solid references. They didn’t check my credit or call any of my references. They took my $20 and rejected my application soon after. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. This place is extremely suspicious.

If you are a property owner looking for a property manager I would suggest you look elsewhere or be very careful looking over your contract as they will try to make you pay for things not in the contract or that related to you the landlord for tenant responsibilities. Note all the tenants upset about losing their deposit? Take heed and be sure you the owner are also not taken by not having picture and video proof when turning the property over to them to manage. nice houses… They kept $1000 of our security deposit… AFTER we agreed to sell our washer and dryer to them for, you guessed it, $1000. Essentially they stole our washer and dryer and took advantage of renters who paid every month rent on time for 4+ years. We paid to have the floors professionally cleaned and we were still docked for floor issues… We HIRED the cleaning company that THEY suggested. We rented a lovely house in Pepeekeo through Ginoza for 4.5 years. Sean and Dee were our main contacts and they were always professional and courteous. They are set up with an online rent payment portal which makes it so easy to pay the rent. We were notified when they wanted to do an inspection and they always followed up to confirm by email and text message. Called in after a week to follow up and they said they have just sent a decline mail the day before. Told me I got declined for bad credit which I know is because of the person I’m renting with. Regardless, they won’t make it easier for anyone trying to get a place. Mind you, my current rent is only a hundred less than what they are offering for the place I’m interested in and they still won’t take that into consideration.
