Enjoyed an amazing "Balsamic Glazed Salad!" -- The beef was tender, with an ample amount of blue cheese and, although I usually prefer crispy bacon, this featured chunks of a very flavorful smoked slab bacon nicely complemented by the balsamic dressing.
