Boy, has this place gone downhill. Went in with a party of five for "family night" on a Sunday evening. Only two tables that could accommodate a party that size, and they couldn't tell us how long the wait would be. The entire upstairs area was closed because "it's only open on weekends." We asked if we could sit in the bar area, which we did, but received infrequent and indifferent service from three different servers. Always a great Chicago pizza experience. They have BOTH kinds of pizza Chicago is known for, deep dish and thin cracker crust <<(which is appropriately cut into squares). The best place in Saint Charles for pizza weather you are a local or visitor.

I wanted to try Gino's East in St Charles out after eating at Gino's East in Forest Park in the,1980s. I was reminded of the decor and the atmosphere from the past except no smoking. The pizza was the same great pizza from the 1980s.
