5 Star : My Experience I really liked the text message updates and knowing when my car is going to be ready. Very sarisified with the completed work. Only drawback is that they are so good that getting an appointment right away is difficult but it was worth the wait.

0 Star : My Experience Have used Gino's three or four times prior to my most recent repairs and have always been 100% satisfied with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. This recent trip resulted in uneven door jams with larger gaps than what should be. Also it seems the new side view mirror is not the same shape as the original. I understand you need to use used parts when available but mismatching parts I don't think is the right thing to do. The door jams are the biggest quality issue I have.
