3 Star : Likely to Recommend They are too busy. Accident happened in July of 2022. I was first told they could repair it in October...then Decenber...then when they finally called me to begin the repair they found parts on backorder. Therefore, the repair started in April of 2023 and still missing a part. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality 4.5 Star : Customer Service Still missing a part that Ford Motor Company discontinued. They are trying to get a used part to replace it and have been unable to do that yet.
