The worst haircut. My son went in with medium-long hair—think Chris Hemsworth length—and asked for a simple trim to clean it up. Instead, he walked out with a cut that looked more like early-years Justin Bieber, but layered on top of that. Nearly a year of growing his hair, gone in minutes. It was absolutely nothing like what we asked for. We’re extremely disappointed and won’t be returning. If you care about accuracy or following instructions, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
