Would give 10 stars if I could. I had a great and informative appraisal for my engagement ring! Other places were telling me they would have to take my ring for weeks to get it appraised, but I was able to have a 20 min appointment with Gino and my ring never left my sight- a newly engaged girl's dream come true!
Gino is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I appreciated the advice he gave me on how to get the most from my appraisal. I would recommend him to anyone needing an appraisal.
I had an A+ experience with Gino and Mopsy Chirico. They were so kind and welcoming. The appraisal appointment was on time and I became much more knowledgeable about the items reviewed. I felt very comfortable at their offices, and knew that a professional evaluation was conducted. The report was very detailed. The entire process was so easy - I called on a Thursday afternoon, spoke directly to Gino, and he scheduled me for an appraisal at his office for the following Tuesday. During my appointment at his office, Gino took the time to discuss insurance options, tips for cleaning my ring, and gave me so much advice and insight about diamonds and jewelry. I felt as though I were talking to an old friend! The next morning, I received a full written report and appraisal in my email. I really couldn’t be happier!
Gino was very professional and respectful, and provided me with prompt and helpful service.
