Unprofessional, rude, attacked bride’s character AND violated customer privacy after taking screen shots of mother and bride off security cameras and posted them on their business page in retaliation of bride’s bad review. Oh, and apparently you have to speak Spanish or they will accuse you of being racist to the Mexican culture. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS ON ALL COUNTS!
Apparently if you shop there and don't like their service, they might post pictures of you on their page. 👎 Bridal shopping should be a beautiful experience, not THIS.

I did not purchase my wedding dress here but our wedding party got their bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos here including my fiance's tux. I really loved how both the dresses and tuxedos looked; my bridesmaids got so many compliments. I was very please with their great customer service.
Put my dress on for my event after zipping it up, it ripped! Called and basically was told it was my fault because I took the dress and there wasn't anything they could do! I had to take it, the event was in 3 days. I had no choice ! Thumbs down!!!! No recommendation at all!!!
