Will never recommend this company. From a landlord point of view. Staff members need some major interpersonal skills training. Staff is horrible at determining what should be classified as an "emergency" and letting you (the landlord) know. My example is: we had a water leak in our rental property, Reichart's did call us, but the maintenance man was "very busy" to go over and turn the water off. by the time my husband got there, we had 3 inches of water in the basement. John, Tammy and Cindy are great. Reichart's helped us find a 3 bedroom townhouse that accepts pets, not a lot of landlords do.
Been renting from them for over 10 yrs, Ginny was great and now John is also doing a good job.
Worst experience ever!!! They never fixed anything we needed fixed and we had to storage some of the owner's belongings w/o even telling us before we signed the lease. We got screwed big time, they kept our deposit when our lease was even expired claiming we broke the lease, they were charging us (without proof) ridiculous amounts of money with "final bills" when we took care of ALL the bills before we moved out, they went to my door one time saying my rent was due when the rent had already been paid 1 week before, even the ... read more
We have been renting a house that Reichart Realty manages for almost 4 years now. We are pleased with the response time with any questions or issues that come up. We pay our rent on time. We take care of the property as if it is ours and we are very happy with them. We live in a single family home in a nice part of Hanover. I recomend Reichart Realty if you are looking for a rental home or to buy a home.
Since Ginny Reichert Reators took over as Property Managers, for our landlord, we have had nothing but problems. We got along great with the landlord before she moved to Florida but not anymore! I have been dealing with Dave as a property manager and he is very good at lying and threatening. He drags us into court at every opportunity and has even threatened me in front of the Magistrates office help, telling me to watch my step or he with have me removed from my home. Dave, and Tammy were very helpful, and friendly to work with. When I had a question, they took the time to answer it. When I called and they were busy, they called back in a timely manner as well. It is a pleasure doing business with them.
