Will never recommend this company. From a landlord point of view. Staff members need some major interpersonal skills training. Staff is horrible at determining what should be classified as an "emergency" and letting you (the landlord) know. My example is: we had a water leak in our rental property, Reichart's did call us, but the maintenance man was "very busy" to go over and turn the water off. by the time my husband got there, we had 3 inches of water in the basement. John, Tammy and Cindy are great. Reichart's helped us find a 3 bedroom townhouse that accepts pets, not a lot of landlords do.
Been renting from them for over 10 yrs, Ginny was great and now John is also doing a good job.
