I watched some of Ginny's videos and decided to try her as my realtor. I was out of state, so it was especially important that I got someone knowledgeable about the geographic area, experienced in real estate, and who would communicate well and represent me from afar. Ginny was great and I highly recommend. She was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to help us narrow down our search and look at the right homes. She was prepared and had done a lot of research on our behalf which helped us best use our time.
My husband and I are deciding about moving to the Pacific NW and we came across Ginny Erickson's You Tube videos about living here.
