Ginny did an outstanding job as our realtor on our recent house purchase in Port Townsend. She has extensive prior experience in rehabbing older houses, and we found her detailed knowledge and advice on the subject to be extremely valuable. In addition, she has a large network of contacts and was able to connect us with specialized financial experts, inspectors, and contractors for electrical, plumbing, and structural work. Ginny was great to work with. She was very responsive, good with communication, and caring. It was important to her to help us find the right house. Half of our house hunting was long distance, and Ginny made some great videos of several houses we were interested in.
