After multiple phone calls over a two-month span, we were finally able to schedule a date and time for this company to inspect our well for recertification. We were asked to provide an email address so an estimate could be sent the following week. This company came to my rescue really quickly when I thought my well went dry. Thankfully, it was just a pump issue. Their service was speedy, super friendly, and trustworthy! They have a customer in me, as long as I have a well!!

I called Ginn’s at 10:30 this morning Charlie told me he was on his way couple hours later, in a hour and half they pulled my pump. , they pulled my well pump in this heat it was hot as hell, replaced my pump , everything working great!!!!! Same day service, what an Amazing company!! Wish I could give you twelve stars , thank you so much for everything you’ve done for us!!

Did not install UV Light in the correct order placement and orientation. When cleaning the UV light 1 year later, they replaced the light but did not take out the quartz sleeve or sediment filter at all. They also did not put the cap back on correctly and now the UV light leaks water on the floor. When asked, they stated the order and orientation does not matter and refused to fix it. They then lifted my water tank and claimed it needed to be replaced because it was heavy.
