As an investor, time is money and efficiency is what matters to me most. Ginna did not just offer a cookie cutter solution of a traditional sale. She listened and responded to my needs, suggesting a "quick sale" as an alternative solution to what I consider to be a long, tedious, traditional sale that I had no interest in going through. Its hard to image that it has been almost 11 years since Gina help me find my house. I was moving to Minnesota from California for work and had 5 weeks to relocate.
