Ginna Garcia is an amazing therapist and human. She helped my children so much after a traumatic event they went through. Her dedication, patience and kindness were a key piece for the emotional recovery of my children. Thank you so much for all your help, compassion and understanding. As a mother, the emotional health of my children is one of the most important things in their development towards their adult life. Thanks to you they are on track again.
I cannot recommend. Went for grief counseling. Six session later, she literally had not uttered one word of advice, never took notes, did not look at or discuss the multi-page form I filled out regarding why I was there and what were my goals. Leaving every session, I would ask for any advice or "homework" I should be working on during the week and her answer was always, "No". Dr. Garcia insights, empathy and advice were 100% priceless. My mother in law felt 50 times better after just the first visit. She helped soothe her anxiety and gave her productive ways to cope with what she was dealing with. She helped her in ways that no friend or family member ever could.
