I was here Friday getting my oil changed Chantel and her crew were awesome very polite professional courteous was back on the road and 25 minutes tell you all I was coming back... Service better than Chrysler in stonecrest... You ever get your oil changed in your Chrysler ask to speak to Chantel...
I am in my late 50's, one of the worst service experiences I have every had right out of the gate.....so bad I just left... Won't try that again but I can warn some. Electrical issues. Called a week ago and described...need to bring it in. Make an appt, rearrange my schedule and show up, on time. Describe the issue and response is a pursing of the lips, a pause, a little SMH and a long explanation about not being able to do anything about it until it gets worse and regular and then maybe they can take a look when they see it... read more
