Horrible place to live. Extra charges! Bugs! Stray cats everywhere!
Honestly, wasn’t too bad until moving out. This has been the most frustrating experience of my life. Roach infestations, absurd charges added to my move out, and haven’t been able to get in touch with somebody in WEEKS, not for any lack of trying. Appalling how loyal residents are treated. Updated 11Aug2026, the company is able to respond to bad reviews, but still unable to contact me directly to resolve the issue. Just terrible practices. Save yourself the frustration and dont rent with Ginkgo.
RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK- I am a new current, displeased resident at Waterford Hills Apts. A apartment complex managed by Ginkgo Residential. It is hard to explain the deep level of willful negligence and unprofessionalism demonstrated by the Office staff at Waterford Hills Apts. I moved in on the weekend of 05/29/2026. Upon moving in I realized the AC unit in my Apartment was not working. The apartment’s website was advertising a unit space as readily available for lease that was not.
