Too old appointment complex. All appliances out of date or damaged. Appointment 5001-R has mold, paint faded, doors are broken, bed room small, bathtub & pump nasty.
Rent is a little high. I need my carpet cleaned. Some things need updated
The Cove Apartments - Winston Salem This is going to be lengthy, I apologize in advance. Please read through. I just want to get as much out as possible to save anyone I can reach before they make the mistake I am currently stuck in. I want to state before going forward that this is not a Ginkgo Residential problem, my first apartment when arriving to North Carolina was Salem Ridge (there are others in that group that are just as nice) and there were no issues like what I will describe below at all. Great place with an even better price. Any issues that I've ever had were resolved the next day. Emergency's...I had an emergency with the air conditioner back when the temperature outside was hitting the 90s, and maintenance handled it immediately. Resolving the issue within the next 30 minutes.
Manager is awesome that's it.........I lived here about 5 years, 1st 3.5 great place to live! However last 1.5 years place started looking shabby. Dog poo everywhere, broken blinds in windows! I had a water leakage I discovered after 11pm so threw down towels and put in a service request immediately thinking maintenance would see it first thing morning. Nope, a few hours into morning I put in second request.....no response....I finally called the office about 3pm and got Assit Mgr, she was not very friendly. Finally maintena... read more
