Dan ruined my life. All he wanted to do was ruin my life. He didn’t care what the price was as long as he didn’t get hurt. Now I’m hurting because of him.
If I could rate any lower I would. Poor customer service and poor tile work. Also found out he overcharged me through a contractor friend. What disgusts me the most is that the owner, Dan, paid an escort while I was in the store. When I got my original estimate he was talking about getting married soon. Come on, if you have a wonderful woman at home like you say you do, don’t cheat on her.
Beautiful tile, but rude and very poor customer service. Also, the owner pays for escorts who entertain him while his fiancé is at home waiting for him. Disgusting.
Dan the owner took my deposit money and never did the tile work. He promises but then doesn’t return calls or text. Now his store location is vacant. What a jerk move.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The owner pays for escorts and entertains them after hours while his fiancée is waiting at home.
