Our family's monument was delivered to Hanover, PA last week and it has exceeded our expectations! Rob Merena is the best of the best. He devoted so much time to getting us exactly what we wanted. His communication was prompt and I never had to wait long for a response as it was always immediate. I would highly recommend Rob and Gingrich Memorials to anyone seeking quality and excellence.

I volunteer my time at a cemetery and we hired this company to do a job for us. We paid for a very large project to be done. Of course, we had a contract but we also had a gentlemen’s handshake with one of their key employees to include a few small additional details. Come the end of the job, the small details were missed/dropped and now they are not honoring these. After numerous phone calls and emails, and a meeting they have ignored our concerns and are requesting final payment. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated ... read more
