Gingrich responded within 24 hrs to evaluate and provide extermination service for Voles in my backyard lawn (had 54 Vole tunnels exposed in lawn). Gingrich representative explained his findings and applied proper extermination materials. Has been 9 days and seems as if Voles have been eliminated. Great service and follow up. Service costs are very reasonable based upon the amount to damage caused by the Voles. Ron
I tried to get clarification on why my traps were pulled after a few days… rep was rude refused to give name of manager… very disappointed in his attitude. Company does not provide service window.

They turned my business away because I didn't want them using round up for weed control. I have some concerns about my pet and children who play in the yard. Reply to comment below: I am okay with round up on the property, just not in the back and front yard where my dog and children play. I didn't want them to use anything in the back and front yard. Everywhere else on the property is fine. They said they don't want the liability in case they accidentally sprayed in the back or front yard and something happened.
