My name is Brad Gingrich, I sold Gingrich and Daughters Painting to Rick Kariniemi in June of 2017 after running it successfully for 17 years. I have no affiliation nor does any of my family members to this business.
I live at 2609 N west street rite next to Gringrich and Daughters Painting. The business owner Rick on multiple occasions has threatened to pepper pray my dogs through your fence just for barking. Actually to be correct during my first interaction with business owner Rick Kariniemi he threatened to kill my dogs. He also tampered with our fence and trespassed on my property to cut down a 70 Year old tree that was hanging over my fence onto his property. He never once attempted to contact me or my wife. Gingrich and Daughters Painting did a great job painting the entire interior of our home. They were very professional, prompt, responsive and cleaned up after themselves very well. Best of all, the workmanship and final product is excellent!
I highly recommend Gingrich and daughters Painting. We recently had the exterior of our home painted. Rick was very responsive, and professional throughout the experience. Rick gave a very fair quote and his crew did a great job on the house, they spent a lot of time on the prep work and were very thorough. Our old house looks brand new!
This so called painter/company Quoted $4800.00 PLUS for a 16" x 69" mobile home & 24" x 24" stick built garage. The "plus" is for "if there is trim repairs needed". This quote was without their having visited the property. I have straight lines, no fancy pitches or designs. This quote seemed just off the top of his a r s e for labor & supplies. IMO He's out of his mind!! Nothing like having a business price gouge a customer during this time of covid/recovery, because he can! Or maybe he really didn't really want the job!
